Online Jobs WANTED

Aloha Kakou.
Got up early this morning and decided I needed to blog. Its such a cool windy day today, which means its a good day to sleep in, which my husband is doing:) mind you it 9:30am already.
This morning got up and straight grabbed my phone and do what I always do look at mii FB payge, chech out whats going on today with everyone and I saw on one of my friends had a friend that posted after working his job for certain days he is putting in his 2 weeks because he found this thing where he can work from home by posting links on big names pages. So i was like dayuum if I can make money from home wid out going to work for sumdumass that I do work for. Might as well check em out but its always kinda scary especially if you have to purchase something to learn wotever you have to do. But i went on and read the ad took me about10 min to read the whole article and fully understood it but then i went back to double check the credits like maybe theres a vid on youtube or sum10 n i couldnt find one thing about that company or about the person who started it, then I went to look more and found all these different girl names through the article of who started it, then i became skeptical. My head anyway i can earn extra side money imma try it out but thats like how I became a sales person for Mary Kay cosmetics, went to O'ahu for the first convention and all with 2 other of my friends, because you want to learn more about the comp. I enjoyed it but heller that time i didnt even use makeup i knew zilch nadda nothin. But wot i sold to my coworkers but when they asked questions about certain things I didnt know the answer but i got sucked it the first time when they sent me a e-mail saying that becasue I was getting married I would have a FREE spa day, but it actually was like here try our products you dont have to buy anything but wot i did i bought the microdermabrasion set for $50 then I became a distributor cuz i wanted extra money. Well all in all i Loved my Mary Kay family but it wasnt the job for me. But one day I want to work from home and make more then I do now so I can comfortably support my 'ohana and have my own house. One Day I will make it. Well if you guys know about any online jobs hit me up!!! A HUI HOU

BUSY BUSY

Aloha Kakou.
So i know i havent blogged in a while but its because I've been so busy with work, and we had our one day Garage Sale and of course it went well except for those few Nanas that alaways aask you how much something is when they see they price tag on it and if you say $1 they say 50cents. errr they make me irraz cuz its already cheap. Like $80 shoes brand new never wore i put $20 on it cuz its running shoes and they get the nerve to tell me $10... umm excusse mee wrong house you stay, more worse is they is my coworkers and ughh we just got paid the day before so no even try.
Also we had one of the biggest high school football games in years. The game was Lahainaluna and Kaiser Moanalua for division 2. Everyone said that it should of been these two teams playing off in the championship, something was rigged. The Maui news expected the game to have more than 10,000 people there, I think maybe there wass 5,000. There was a huge sea of red shirts all throughout the stadium, even people that dont even go to Lahainaluna came to support our boys. This season was one of the best seasons for maybe over 10 years because Lahainaluna stayed undefeated through out the MIL season. So for MIL their Division 2 champs. But it was a good game. The final score was  20-9 Kaiser. With two of the Luna players headed to the hostpital in the 4th QT, one after the other. Lahainaluna has a outstanding team this year with rushing, TD, and a good QB. Everyone has something good to bring to the team. This was the first year Lahaina beat Baldwin in both games.
So i might try this new health thing going through Lahaina its called PURIUM its sposed to detox you. My friends mom did it and it 10 days she lost 20lbs. Im still debating if I should try it. So if you guys have tried it can you please let me know if I should do it. A HUI HOU

Garage Sale

Aloha Kakou.
This week has been a cold one and thats unheard of. It stays cold the whole day with some occasional rain hear and there. Plus I've been working this whole week and my store is already freezing cold. Did i tell you guys I am so loving this. I loove the cold weather just wish one day it would snow, not only on Haleakala but here in Lahaina and not Hail:))
I dont think i told you guys but one of my dogs had 3 puppies on Halloween day. My dad found them in outside in our backyard in a dirt whole. Luckily my dad had a feeling to go and check them, Well she had 2 girls and 1 boy. They are so fluffy and cute. Bu arent they always cute when their puppies.lol. Anyways when I was walking to my bedroom, I stopped to see how they were cuz they sleep in our hallway. And the black girl was stretching and I noticed her eyes were open and it was soo cute I put her up to my lips and she started sucking on it:)) I knew she was hungry so I gave her back to her very protective mother. Shes such a good mom, she doesnt really let anybody that doesnt live in our house come near her keikis.
So besides all this craziness we have going on right now. This Saturday will be our once a year get everything out Garage Sale. From Christmas decor to furniture. Our house accumulates so much junk every year because my mom is the type that sees something on TV and she has to buy it or with food if she sees it on sale she needs to buy it by the bundles. And I hate when there is so much crap all over the house collecting dust and we had to build a storage so she could put all her stuff inside. But you gotta love her cuz there is no one else like my mother. She is the best at wot she does and I think I get my very opinionated mouth from her:)) Did i tell you I love throwing out stuff too especially if it has been sitting there for years. Well Garage Sale this weekend be there if you live in Maui. Well got to get ready for work so A HUI HOU

SUNDAY CLEANDAY!!!

Aloha Kakou.
Today was such a lovely windy rainy cool day in Lahaina and that really doesnt happen much. It has been a blessing because you all know our water bills are soo expensive here in HI, so it helped out with a the rain. Save Water. Still wishing it would down pour like it did in Kahului, it was flooded up to cars windows in some parts. It would of been a great day to do some cuddling but my husband had to work:(( Well got some stuff done cleaned and got all the dirt out of my room cuz Lahaina do got some red dirt everywhere. Set up our lil Christmas tree in our room next to it is my Sweater Weather Bath and Body candle. Still need to decorate the room with lights.  Because of it being so windy today one of our tarps on our tent ripped in half, so I helped my dad take it down, luckily we bought extra ones last weekend and those buggahs aint cheap, I think there about $50 each. We're still getting all the things ready for our big Garage Sale on Saturday, getting ready to make some room because stuff just be sitting and collecting dust.
Also, last night as I was getting ready to relax in bed my friend Tati called me, she wanted to get some CROCS, so  I went with her to Whalers Village and after she was done, we headed up to SEPHORA. Which was a good but wrong move but I finally came a V.I.B, thats what happends wen you spend too much money there:) and for a girl that doesnt really even wear makeup I did some damage on my Card but because I became a VIB i saved an extra 20% which made me lil bit happier. Plus the pack I bought was supposed to be $430 something and it was on sale for $56 so you know I had to get it. Money well spent going to use on a dinner date hopefully with thee LOVE.
Tomorrow is a special day Veterans Day. My father served our Country in the Vietnam War and he is a retired Fir Chief and still working Security. He is a busy body. He is my HERO, my husband and I look up to him and we learn so much from him. A little bit about my father. His ethnicity is Pourtugues, Chinese and Hawaiian. His dad came with his father from Pourtugal. They came here to work for the Sugar Mill in Lahaina which is no longer operating but if you drive to Lahaina you will still see the smoke stack. They blew up everything else because it was hazardous and they werent doing anything with the space. I still remember going to school and always driving by it and just thinking my grand parents worked there. My dads mother is Chinese and Hawaiian. She was a nurse for the Sugar Company. She too came to Maui to work for the Mill. They lived in Honolua Camp, where now resides Kapalua Golf course. Hopefully one day soon someone will actually leave me a comment or I wanna hear if you guys are interested in anything I write. A HUI HOU.

Long Productive Weekend

Aloha Kakou. This weekend is going by supah fast. Yesterday which was Friday my husband and I went to Kahului to help move my mother in law out of her place and move in with her mom and sister. So we got there at 9ish in thee AM and didnt leave till 6 I think. It was nice seeing and spending time with her. But it was a loong productive day.
Then today, Saturday we headed back to Kahului to get some shopping in for mii animals of course. We have 4 chihuahua terriers and 3 newborn puppies, the dogs names are Kanani, Koa, Maku'e and Fatso. Also we have 3 turtles Bunz, Wifey, and Poke, also 4 goldfish and one algae eater. They are my children that we love oh so much. Even when they start barking 7 in the AM because my whole neighborhood is filled with dogs:)) Anyways our last stop was Costco for some late Birthday dinner. We bought some steak, crab legs, asparagus, corn, potatoes and so much more and cant forget that Apple Pie heated up with american cheese melted on it and some Vanilla bean ice cream. Sooo ONO. (not the fish but it means delicious). Also totally forgot now our Costco sells whole frozen pig, probaly not from here, but soo crazy KALUA dat buggah:)) Well when we came home it decided to down pour and thats really unheard on in Lahaina, and if you know a person from Lahaina, when it rains we all get so crazy and go outside and want to be in it, unlike some other people WE LOVE THE RAIN. We get a FB crazay. But the rain only lasted for 30min, so now we starting that Grill up and going to enjoy some YUMMO time with the FamBam.
Then its time to set up our lil fake tree and hang some decorations, because Christmas and Valentines day is my fav Holidays. Loove all the pretty lights and people get  more cheerful unless you trying to shop:) Lucky im not one of them. Did I tell you guys my husband and I was almost home, we were two traffic lights away from my house and we had the green light and out of nowhere this Ford truck decides to turn onto the highway and was like half a car lenght of hitting us. My heart was going supa crazy pumpin faast, but my husband wanted to chase the guy down, but it would be a waste of time.
Well ill talk to you guys later because I am Hungry and all thee smells is getting to me.

Against or For? Which side are you on

ALOHA KAKOU. So in Hawai'i right now theres a HUGE issue that our representatives are voting on. Same sex marriage. I want to hear what you guys think about this issue, are you for or against it??
For me I am 100% for it. WHY? why not, why can we as straight people have the ability to get married to the ones we love and same sex cant, whats the big issue, love is love. They should let the people vote. Theres a lot of people getting married for the wrong reason; money, land. and the people that trully love eachother and has been together for more than 1 month cant get married because of the corrupted system. Think when you were a small child and you may have saw 2 girls/guys kissing or holding hands did u stop and stare, or say ewww thats wrong NO but when someone told you thats wrong, they shouldnt be doing that, dont grow up to be like that, they influenced your judgement. It didnt bother you then and it shouldnt bother you now. Why should we determine how others want to live, why dont we concentrate on other huge issues like education, houseless. Come on what is this society coming to? Anyway i can go on and on. But let me know what you think.

Totally off subject but if your ever in Lahaina and you want someplace to eat and you see the sign OUTBACK, there is no longer a OUTBACK they went out of business supposedly because of not being busy. But they shutdown all of a sudden and didnt let anyone know even the employees till the day of. Just a heads up. If you do want get a quick bite in Lahaina town theres the Lahaina Cannery mall but food wise theirs only Mexican, Vietnamese, or Mixed Plate also some Dairy Queen. Another place to get some grub is Star Noodle, they have this awesome POHOLE salad which is dried shrimp, tomatoe, onions and the Pohole fern with some sauce idk it is sooo goood maika'i loa lil kine crunchy. All their food is awesome they even make their own fresh drinks and sometimes have some fresh fish straight from the Kahakai to youre table. what shall you have for desert you ask? Some Malasadas, their little bite size goodness with sugar all over, comes with chocolate and butterscotch sauce and nuts. Their located up the road from Lahaina Gateway, but the new highway. Ill let you guys know of another place to eat at the Lahaina Gateway on my next post.

Another totally off subject is whenever i blog i love to listen to my Pandora with the local artist Paula Fuga, she sings Hawaiian kind of country temple songs. True and meaningful if you remember her name she was shown on American Idol maybe 7 yrs ago in the HI season. She didnt make it then but her has such a blessed heart and full of love for her culture. Shoots A HUI HOI

Start of NOWEMAPA

This weekend was the start of Nov. my gosh how fast this 2013 year has gone by. Love the ending of the year because everyone is cheerful and the smell of Christmas trees. MY FAV. Well anyways I had to work on Halloween but it was fine because i didnt have to wear my uniform which is always a plus cuz its hidious. A blue jean button up shirt, wheres the aloha spirit in that. But our store we cater more to the tourist, so if your ever in Lahaina check out Foodland Farms in the Lahaina Gateway on Keawe st. We have the best Poke in Lahaina, also a great selection of meat, cheese and wine( YELP).Then Friday since we were in Kahului picking up a few things, cuz thats the only place you can really shop for everything on this island. But our last stop was this new lil shack like where you can get some freshly made Lemonade with some local produce, everything is locally grown on MAUI. Its located right when you drive out of the airport across of KMART by the surf shop. Check

it out it comes in Mason Jars and its only $9 for a 32oz Jar. Well skip ahead a few days to Saturday. My husband and I full cleaned and rearanged our room and still got more to do. But it feels so much better when you know where everything is and its not messy and cluttered. Our room is a bunch of diff colors but primarly PINK BROWN AND BLACK. With a lil bit of BOB MARLEY:) Then had some Genki Sushi and if you dont know what that is, its like TODAI'S but its soo good. Love the shrimp, but you pay by the color of the plate and the have a belt with food you can just take it off, or order. Then later that day my husband and I met with his friends down at Loan Pine Tree, which is on the way going to Kahului. Its a good fishing spot plus there is a fresh water river that is always flowing into the ocean so you can get 'Opae (crawfish) like. Of course there was some pupu and beer invloved. IT was so windy and small kine drizzles. Shooties A HUI HOU ALOHA
